The primary purpose of the Library’s Hudetz Family Meeting Room is to accommodate Library-sponsored programs and activities. Its secondary purpose is to accommodate educational, informational, cultural and civic functions of the Warrenville community. The room accommodates up to 72 people seated auditorium style. Chairs, tables and a projection screen are available.
The Hudetz Family Meeting Room may be reserved by Warrenville Library cardholders for no charge. Call 630/393-1171 x119 to inquire about availability. To reserve a room, please submit a completed room request form to Jackie Davis, Assistant to the Director. Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance and are accepted for dates up to 90 days in the future.
Meeting Room Agreement
I have read and agree to comply with all provisions of the Warrenville Public Library District Public Use of Meeting Room Policy. I understand that failure to comply with the regulations set forth in the policy may result in termination of the right to use the Library meeting room facilities. By submitting a Meeting Room request form, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Warrenville Public Library District from all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, arising out of, or resulting from the occupancy or use of the meeting rooms. I agree to accept full responsibility on behalf of my organization for use of the Library’s meeting room and agree to the terms and conditions of the Meeting Room Policy.
