2013 Summer Reading Program for Adults, Teens & Youth
“Have Book – Will Travel!” June 1 - July 31, 2013

The Summer Reading Program for adults, teens and youth runs from June 1 - July 31 at the Warrenville Public Library. Participants of all ages are eligible for great prizes.

 

Adult Summer Reading Program
Ages 18 and up
Last day to return book logs is July 31.
Participants must read or listen to five books from the Library between June 1 and July 31 and submit their reading log to receive a free gift. Warrenville Library cardholders also earn a prize drawing entry for each completed log. Completion of additional reading logs earns added entries in the prize drawing, but no other free gifts. Pick up your reading log at the Information Desk or click here to print a reading log.


The prizes in the drawing include an iPad Mini, a $100 Cost Plus World Market gift card and a $75 restaurant gift card. Registration will be taken at the Information Desk.

 

Summer Readers are also eligible to participate in the monthly Reader Recommendations prize drawing. Entrants must submit a recommendation for a book from the Library’s collection. More than one recommendation may be completed. Winners of the drawing will receive a $25 Cost Plus World Market gift card.

 

Teen Summer Reading Program
Ages 13 – 17
Last day to return book logs is July 31.
Teens can win prizes for reading a minimum of 6 hours this Summer. Teens receive an entry form for each book log they return. Staff will randomly select a Weekly Prize Winner from the entry forms. Pick up your reading log at the Information Desk or click here to print a reading log.

 

Youth Summer Reading Program
Ages 2 – 12
Last day to return book logs is July 31.
Children will receive prizes for reading a minimum of 6 hours this Summer. After reading the first 6 hours, children will receive a bag of goodies. Children can earn more prizes and entries to the Weekly Prize Drawings by reading an additional 6 hours. Pick up your reading log at the Information Desk or click here to print a reading log.
