Tech Club
Thursdays, 4:30 – 5:15 p.m., Ages 8 – 12

The Library is home to a host of cool devices and other tech toys that we can't wait to share with you. This Fall, Tech Club will feature our team of friendly robots, along with other fun and brain-stretching STEM-related activities. Sign up for one session or join us for both. Snap Circuits
Friday, September 23, 10:30 – 11:30 a.m., Ages 7 – 12
Lego fans will love Snap Circuits, a colorful building set that lets kids safely and easily experiment with electricity. From building simple machines like an electric light to more complex projects like a motion detector or an AM radio, the Snap Circuits program will strengthen basic physics concepts for your young engineer in a creative, hands-on environment. Science Explorers
Saturdays, 10:30 – 11:30 a.m., Ages 5 – 7

Learning about science can be squishy, squelchy, creepy-crawly, surprising, exciting and fun! Stop by the Library for some stories and simple experiments that teach beginning science concepts in a playful, hands-on way. In September, we’ll be mixing goos, gaks and oozes so please wear clothes that are okay to get sticky. In October, we’ll be exploring gravity with marble runs and more. Paws for Tales
Saturdays, 10 – 11:30 a.m., Grades K – 2

​Young readers build their confidence by reading aloud to a certified dog in a non-judgmental, supportive environment. Call 630/393-1171 x100 to sign up for a 15-minute session with a certified dog and volunteer team from the Naperville Area Humane Society. Bring your own books or choose from a wide variety of picture books and easy readers all about pets. Young readers will take home a host of goodies, including stickers, coloring pages and a new book that is theirs to keep.


Letters and Numbers and Colors, Oh My!
Mondays, 6 p.m. – 6:30 p.m., Ages 3 –5

Do you want to learn more about your ABCs, 123s, and colors? Learning is fun as we listen to a story and enjoy some songs. Sing, dance and learn with your friends. Take home activities will be provided. Sign up for each session you wish to attend. Registration is required. Click here to register.

Pirate World
Monday, September 19, 3 – 5 p.m., Ages 2 – 8 
Ahoy Mateys! Drop in and visit Pirate World. You can make a craft, take the oath and become an honorary Pirate for the Day. Come dressed in your pirate costume and take pictures with our pirate ship. Registration is required. Click here to register.


Halloween Cupcake Wars!
