Take and Make Crafts
Fridays, June 12 – July 31, Ages 6 and up
We make the craft packets; you get to take them home to finish your creation. The crafts will include instructions and items such as beads, pipe cleaners, foam stickers, lacing string and feathers. Drop in anytime during Library hours on Friday and pick up your craft packet. Available while supplies last.

Lego fans will love Snap Circuits, a colorful new building set that lets kids safely and easily experiment with electricity. From building simple machines like an electric light to more complex projects like a motion detector or an AM radio, the Snap Circuits program will strengthen basic physics concepts for your young engineer in a creative, hands-on environment. Paws for Tales

Young readers in Kindergarten through second grade have fun and build confidence by reading aloud to a certified dog in a non-judgmental, supportive environment. Sign up for a 15-minute session with a certified dog and volunteer team from the Naperville Area Humane Society. NAHS supplies the books, which contain positive themes such as kindness, empathy and compassion. Children also receive bookmarks, stickers and coloring sheets from the dog. Harry Potter Birthday Party

July 31 is the most magical day of the year at the Warrenville Public Library as we celebrate the birthday of everyone’s favorite boy wizard. Wear the colors of your favorite House to show your Hufflepuff, Slytherin, Ravenclaw or Gryffindor pride, and come join us for Harry Potter-themed games, crafts and treats. Registration is required.
