Celebrate “Communities Thrive @ Your Library" during National Library Week at the Warrenville Public Library. Library cardholders who check out materials during the week will receive a small gift. Enjoy a program about the creation of the musical Oklahoma, a book discussion or a storytime.

Celebrated throughout the month of September, National Library Card Sign-Up Month encourages people to check out what’s new at their library by signing up for a library card. Adults and children who register for a library card during the month of September will receive a small gift.

Banned Books Week – Sept. 25– Oct. 2, 2010
Celebrate your freedom to read by reading a banned book during Banned Book Week. Banned Books Week is an annual reminder that, while every book is not intended for every reader, each individual has the right to choose the materials they read, listen to or view. Books that have been banned or threatened will be on display during Banned Books Week.
Children's Book Week
