This concert will also feature twentieth century songs made famous by movie and radio legends such as Gene Autry, Roy Rogers and Patsy Montana.
The Cowboy Choir was originally scheduled to perform at this matinee, but had to cancel due to an unfortunate situation. Many of their selections will still be covered by Ms. Silverman and her accompanist.
Barbara Silverman has performed in concerts, festivals and workshops nationwide. She is known for her engaging presence, bluesy vocals, clever originals, solid swing guitar and piano accompaniment and amazing washboard pyrotechnics.
Sponsored in part by a City of Warrenville Hotel Tax Grant.
